Drawing uniquely combines the left and right sides of our brain into a beautifully harmonious relationship. This connection occurs whether making expressive gestural marks or highly detailed renderings. As such, in private lessons I stress close looking (observations), visual research, and the application of interpreting our visual input through imagination in the effort of creating artwork that truly expresses students' vision.
